• Acoustic foam sheets (e.g., 6mm and 25mm)
• Application roller
• Utility knife and measuring tape

🚗 Step-by-Step Process:

1. Remove the front door panel (see my other video for a guide on this).
2. Clean the inner metal surface and degrease it with isopropyl alcohol.
3. Apply alubutyl mats to the sheet metal to reduce vibration.
4. Fill larger open spaces with 25mm foam, being careful not to overstuff.
5. Use 6mm foam for tighter areas to ensure the door panel fits back on.
6. Carefully reassemble the door panel.
